| Wet Pants NO MORE! What do you think holds the urine back? Working
muscles. Women need testosterone to keep
their muscles in good shape. A decline in that
hormone is partly why muscle mass diminishes with age in women. Get your hormones tested to see if you are
deficient in testosterone. Youve also got to exercise, keep the blood flowing to
those tissues and do the Kegels like you used to. But, whatever you do, keep moving and
exercise. Dance around the living room or the bedroom.
If you keep those little muscles working you just may not have to get up in
the night anymore except to enjoy better sex. Wet your pants no more with effective hormone
balancing.
Kegel
Exercises
When
properly and consistently done, these exercises have been found to help up to 75% of women
overcome their SUI (Stress Urinary Incontinence)"
Christiane Northrup, M.D. Womens Bodies, Womens Wisdom
Instructions
Begin by squeezing the
pubococcygeous muscle, the one you use to stop the stream of urine. Isolation of the PC
muscle is important. If you are also
tightening your buttock, abdominal, or thigh muscles at the same time, it may exaggerate
the problem. So dont do that.
Build up to tightening the muscle
to the count of ten and then relaxing to the count of five.
Do this five times, three times per day.
Results are noticeable in about six weeks, however, as in any exercise it
must be continued to remain effective. This
will also lead to better sex. |
