      But, here is the lecture just in case you have never heard it before.  You have to change your diet. Sugar, white flour products, starchy foods and other white stuff will get you eventually.  High glycemic foods kick your pancreas into high gear.  Too much insulin in the bloodstream causes more problems than you can imagine from diabetes, the most obvious, to weight gain, to heart disease, to chronic and degenerative diseases. It causes inflammation and causes a tizzy with all the rest of your hormones. White, refined products are altered foods that really don’t resemble foods that humans were designed to digest.  They create chaos with the workings of the body. Although you may think so, you cannot be healthy eating artificial food.  Modern-man chemicals and denatured foods are not substitutes for whole, nutritious fare.  So, now you have a choice.  Either eat wisely or eventually suffer the consequences when your body poufs out and poops out.

JCarrotGirl.jpg (13520 bytes)     And, then there is exercise.  You’ve heard it before.  Moving around a lot keeps your body in shape.  Sitting on the couch causes the muscles to atrophy or dry up, become rigid, painful and just about useless for the things an able-bodied woman should want to do.  So, get up from your chair and jump around, get the blood moving.  Invigorate yourself.  Don’t just let everything pool in your behind, shake it around. Find fun things to do, be inspired and move it.  Don’t wait till tomorrow either.  Do it right now!   This minute!

     The adrenal glands, the thyroid and the reproductive hormones are all inter-related which is another reason to get them tested.  Because they are all dependent on each other for stimulation or to take over when deficiencies arise, they need to be present and working in concert with all the others.
